What happens when I purchase an item online with you?

1. Immediately after you complete checkout, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and acts as your receipt.

2. When a member of our sales staff receives your order, it is recorded and passed on to be packed. At this point we will email you again to double check that the postal address you have specified is correct and to give you an estimation of when the item will be delivered.

3. As soon as your item is in transit we will email you your tracking number and will be able to give a clear prediction of delivery day.

What happens when I purchase an item offline with you?
(via cheque, banker's draft, cash or postal order)

1. You print out the order after completing checkout.

2. Place your payment with the order into an envelope addressed to us at the address provided. If sending cash, it is advised that you use special delivery from Royal Mail.

3. As soon as a member of our sales staff receives payment we will email you to confirm receipt. Please note that cheques may take up to 10 days to clear.

4. You will be emailed again with your tracking number as soon as your item is in transit.

How long do you take to deliver my order?

Typically, the majority of items in stock are delivered the next working day if ordered before 3.30 pm on a working day. However, please review the lead time on the main page for the product you have purchased. Normally you will receive the item within the time specified there. If it has been longer than this and you haven't received it, please contact us.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Free delivery is only available within the UK. We are prepared to ship to locations outside of the UK, but we do charge for this. Please contact us detailing the products you are interested in and where you live and we can quote you on cost and expected lead time.

What warranty do you offer? What is your return/refund policy?

We give a 12 month reasonable use warranty for all our products. After a professional assessment and report made by one of our engineers, we can repair the unit if the unit is faulty and can be covered by our warranty. In this situation, the offer of a refund would also be available.

We will not refund or repair items that have been abused or miss-used. Hence, the warranty strictly excludes damage due to miss-use, abuse or neglect.

If you realise that you have ordered the wrong sized product, or it is unsuitable, please return it to us within 14 days. As long as the item and packaging are complete, unused and in "as sold" perfect condition, we will have no problem with giving you a full refund after deducting our original delivery costs.

Any damage/loss in transit must to be reported to us within 2-3 working days of receipt.

The warranty is valid in the UK only.

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to keeping your details safe and secure. Your details are used for the purpose of processing and delivering your order and providing you with the best possible level of service. None of your personal details will be shared with or used by any third parties. We comply with the data protection act.
